PASDB Honorary President, Gabriella Wright
There is one most important quality that inspires me when I meet people and that is abnegation.
Abnegation paves the way to creating an authentic relationship.
And this is what I felt when I met founder of PASDB, Thierry Cuberos. And on this same spontaneous encounter, I decided to visit their work with him in Yangon, in the heart of slums and shanty towns.
And was not surprised to see a community that relies on their imput of energy and support.
From basic clean water for thousands of people in one of poorest areas of Yangon to educational programs for orphans. Feeding and helping so many who have been forgotten by society.
They empower also the Burmese to empower THEMSELVES.
I never felt like an outsider more like a friend and then I realised PASDB is a family working to help other families....and that’s the poetry of their work...
